DELIVERY
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse will process it on the following business day. Then, it will be picked, packed, and dispatched. Your parcel should arrive 5-7 business days from the date of your order.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
Delivery is free for orders over $100. For orders below $100, a standard shipping fee of $8 applies. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which can be selected during checkout.
Delivery days include weekdays only, exceptional cases will be delivered on weekends or public holidays.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to all areas in Singapore, with additional surcharge of $9 for delivery to the locations below:
– Sentosa Island
– Jurong Island
– Changi Cargo Complex and Terminal
– Camp
*Peak period - 4 weeks before Children's Day

REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@dazzling-giftz.com. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to be credited
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?
Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, you may choose your preferred shipping method, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
